Overview
About Me
I am Michael, 22, and full of life! I grew up in Regensburg, a small but beautiful town and went for a year to India for participation in an internation voluntary service program where I worked in a boys' shelter, basically as an entertainer. There I discovered my interest for the world outside of my world and decided to study Geography, again in a small, but not so beautiful town of Osnabrück. Good thing is, it is not hard to go away, that's why during my studies I already visited Morocco, India again and Turkey for Erasmus. I love the different perspectives I could gain from all these trips and am never tired of adding new ones.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I really enjoy getting different insights on one and the same world of ours - and how to do that better than either going abroad and ask people or invite people from abroad to your home and ask them on your own couch! That's why I am here!

Music, Movies, and Books
Because of my one year in India, naturally I am inspired by Indian music: I love it traditional sita-play of Ravi Shankhar but can also enjoy the songs of Arjit Singh. Apart from that I also like classical music, but not for background-play. I'm not a big book reader but I like novels or thrillers when I do read.
Moviewise, Bollywood always goes, but otherwise I am more of a series-guy, e.g. Game of Thrones or Shameless
What I Can Share with Hosts
Sharing is caring! What is mine is yours: we don't have a guest bed in our flat, but our couch is pretty comfortable! Kitchen and bathroom are there and can be used, but we are not equipped for everything (cake is difficult, I speak from experience...)
