Well... I'm a laid-back adventurist. You'll usually find me eating, doing marathons (the Netflix kind), doing sports (snowboarding/longboarding/frisbeeing/bouldering/skating), hanging out with my GF and friends, playing (board)games, drinking whisky and going to the occasional party/festival.

But I also really love travelling, learning about new countries and cities and food. With my job it is usually kind of hard to go away for a long time, but I try to sneak in some trips here and there. I really wish I could do it more though, so hanging out with people from other countries in my country is also an amazing alternative to learn about others.

Also useful: I don't smoke, am allergic to most pets (cats, dogs, bunnies, etc.) and don't eat meat/fish.

No necessarily just for sleeping, but you can always contact me for some tips on food/musea etc. when in Holland. If you want to take me on a photography trip, I'm always down. I'm an amateur, but love to learn.

Also meeting new people from around the world and learning their culture and food (I love food, but only eat vegetarian/vegan).

I've found this is way more fun to do with a local then to go to the standard hotels en living purely of TripAdvisor (which is an amazing app, don't get me wrong :)

It works the same in the opposite way of course. I love sharing my country with others.

Shows: basically everything, from Peaky Blinders to Mad Men to Marvel to Rick and Morty

Movies: as long as it's good. I love a good story (Shape of Water) over a lot of mindless action (Transformers), but prefer both at the same time (Terminator 2/Infinity War).

I looooove adventure, but don't do super well with heights. So I'm particularly proud to have jumped the Bloukrans Bridge in South Africa, the highest bungee jump bridge in the world (216 meters).

I give skating lessens to kids every year in the summer, and am always down to go skating (inline or longboarding) with people.
