I'm Mika a swiss guy in my thirties. Since Februar 2017 I'm travelling around with my girlfriend Annina. So we quit everything at home to find out what else the world offers... We are looking for different jobs and experiences to learn about new cultures, environments, skills, languages etc. And on the other hand to give something of our skills and knowledge to other people, communities and countries. In the last year we lived and worked in Costa Rica, Guatemala, Mexico and are now travelling south or whereever the wind blows us.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

We're travelling since a year, a lot of time we spent working so we mostly got some accomodation from our hosts. For the next month's we focus on travelling but want to get some cultural exchange as well. What's better than getting in touch with local hosts then? We're still Couchsurf-beginners but are really excited about our first experience. Hope we're going to meet up soon!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

A few months ago I found a few weeks old kitten in the street. What to do? Running for a vet, getting the right food (which isn't easy in Mexico), bring it home... Who was waiting there? My dog puppy... We became a small shelter but in the end it's great what you learn and can help by actually doing a little thing, which had a big outcome! And yeah with everytime we become pet-lovers more and more and more ;)
