About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live explore and savor new experiences, perspectives and adventures
ABOUT ME
I'm very adventurous, creative, smart and responsible. I enjoy good company and really enjoy getting a bunch of friends together to do something outside of the ordinary.
PHILOSOPHY
Life may be short, but it is very wide.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
My girlfriend and I are moving to Zagreb, Croatia in July 2012 after a brief trip to Iceland. We would love to open up our couch in Zagreb (once we get one) and to explore the world a bit more with couchsurfing.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have traveled quite a lot in my life, and I have frequently been both a host and hostee to friends-of-friends or even friends-of-friends-of-friends.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books: Most anything science fiction, Thomas Pynchon, Joseph Conrad, Gary Larson, Bill Watterson. Movies: most anything science fiction (again), The Princess Bride, Pi, Airplane. Music: glitch, indie rock, cowpunk, rockabilly.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've brought a giant interactive metal sculpture that shot fire to Denmark for a music festival. I have been shot by lightning from a 3 meter Tesla coil. I have worked as a diplomat in Bosnia and monitored an election in Kosovo. I have traveled to around 60 different countries.
Teach, Learn, Share
Esoteric: I can teach you how to build a working flamethrower. Practical: I can teach you how to properly put out fires.
