Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To travel the world and better myself. Hopefully make other peoples' lives a bit better along the way where I can
ABOUT ME
I'm a Kiwi guy trying to get started in London. I wan't to do small excursions through Europe, but hopefully I can see more than just the touristy side of things.
I'm easy going, friendly and reliable. I'll be in London indefinately so I'd love to meet some locals and discover some new favourite places around the city. I love to share these discoveries with other people first hand, rather than take a picture.
PHILOSOPHY
I beleive there is something to be learnt from everyone in this world so I do my best to take away something new from every situation, regardless of wheather it's a good or bad situation.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
For now I'm brand new to London so I don't have a place to call my own, yet alone a couch. Once I do I plan to host some people in need and get to know them.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I'm just giving couchsurfing a try for the first time, I'll let you know how it goes. I meet a new friend in Aspen who told me all about her experiences and easily convinced me to give it a go.
Interests
Card games especially 500, Swedish 21, Mafia (bearly a card game), NINJA! (not even a card game but this ones a secret for now).
Squash - I miss playing with my four best friends back in New Zealand, soon I'll get started again here its the only fun way to stay fit when you have a short attention ... what?
Really good food and drink from everwhere around the world or cooked with friends at home.

Music, Movies, and Books
Sci-fi books (mostly Larry Niven) and I'm currently re-reading the Game of Thrones series.
One of my favourite movies is Lost in Translation with Bill Murray. I grew up watching The Fifth Element every weekend with my Dad.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sky Diving in New Zealand from 12,000 feet. Terrifying as the plane went up and up but the second I started falling it felt like I was taking on the world. For the next three days I had a buzz almost like I was floating, really helps you appreciate life.
Finding my dream girl and completely falling in love with her, for that I consider myself the luckiest guy in the world.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to teach card games, I'm not much into gambling but I'm getting very good at the game 500. If anyone ever wants to learn or a partner to play with get in touch with me.
I want to learn to speak french, so far all I can do is introduce myself (badly).
