I should mention that my favorite board game is Settlers of Catan :)

At the present moment I am focused primarily on
1. Music: developing my voice, lyrical ability, recording, collaborating, performing.
2. Studying German and Dutch.
3. Exploring the Belgian, Dutch and German countryside, seeking to learn about growing vegetables and herbs. I have a dream to create a self sustaining garden community.

I love to travel new places and meet all types of people. I will try almost anything and I have a passion for learning. I find other cultures fascinating and I love to travel with minimal plans and maximum spontaneity. I am always joking around and like to make people laugh. I believe in positivity and spreading good vibes. I am an avid reader and I am open to reading all different topics.

PHILOSOPHY
show love and compassion to all people, do the right thing especially when it seems small or insignificant, the small details are the most important. Anything that you believe is possible, can and will be done, if you truly believe. Dream big, expect things to surpass your wildest imagination. Constantly grow by traveling, asking people questions, meeting diverse people and reading.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1. I was kayaking in Guatemala down white water in the pitch black, we had gotten a late start to the trip downriver and the sun went down while we were out there. I could not see the rapids coming up and the feeling was like nothing else in the world. Watching the moonlit trees on either side of the river and just soaking in the silence during calm stretches between rapids was incredible, never had an experience like this before. Another amazing moment in Guatemala was when I was at Semuc Champey, which is famous for its cascading pools. What impressed me the most was a certain point where a raging river runs down underground. Its hard to imagine, but pounding white water that is flowing above ground flows down into a black hole at a certain point, and only emerges about 300 yards later. Starting down into this black hole while the violence of the water churned into the nothingness was truely incredible and gave me such a feeling of power juxtaposed with the nothingness if flowed into, totally ominous and intimidating, imagining the maw that, if you slipped in, you would be trashed about in the dark.

2. Sunset on a small mountain in Santorini. This is a greek island that is incredibly beautiful. As the sun set, clouds blew in at the same elevation as myself and I was going in and out of clouds.

3. Swimming in the ocean off the coast of Ireland: this was the coldest water I ever swam in and for the first minute or so, it was very uncomfortable and almost unbearable, but I acclimated quickly and it transformed into one of the most relaxing experiences of my life, certainly the most memorable swim. There were regulars there who would go to swim every day in waters that most people would tell you you are crazy to swim in. I had uncontrollable shivering for about 20 mins after getting out, but it was so worth it
