About Me
My current mission is to travel the world meeting amazing people.
Other than that it's hard to describe me with a few word here, but I'll try. I'm a very open, always happy guy, that loves travelling a lot. Getting to know new cultures and learning new languages is something I very like.
Finished my degree in English and social sciences in 2015 and have been working as a language assistant in Belfast since.
PHILOSOPHY
"Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where there is no path and leave a trail." (Ralph Waldo Emerson)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Up to now I`ve only been surfing myself, so I`d truly be happy to host somebody myself once.. we shall see when that happens ;)
I`ve been couchsurfing in Sweden some summers ago and it was really fantastic... really liked my hosts. I only stayed for one night, but we had a really long conversation that night, about everything and nothing.. was really cool. Wish I could visit them some day again.. and have a great conversation, I guess that´s the best about couchsurfing, that you always have someone to talk with, someone who can tell you something more about the place you are at right now.. something more then any tourist guide could ever tell you. ;)
Interests
I really love travelling, wish I could see the whole world till the end of my life. And up to now I`m pretty sure I will ;)
Languages are also something I like a lot, even though I`m only fluent in German and English up to now.
My garden used to be a place were I loved being, but since I've moved I sadly had to give that up, still having a little garden on my window sill though. ;)
Dancing is something I like a lot as well. I've been in a ball room dancing class for almost 3 years, but since I have moved I stopped going to the dance classes...

Music, Movies, and Books
I love nearly any kind of music, it just has to be good, never really care about who plays the music though. :P
A good film I really like are movies such as "As it is in haven", "Frozen" or "Pride" and many more.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Going to Australia was one of the best things in live I've ever done. It was so nice down there. I can only say that I really miss the southern cross.
Taize was also one of the greatest places in the world I´ve seen up to now.. everyone is just happy and so open minded there. which the whole world would be like taize.. ;)
The craziest thing I though have probably done last summer. After traveling to America in a "stopover flight" (3 weeks) from Dublin to Munich via Newark, I spent about 136 hours in total in busses traveling to Serbia, Germany, Denmark, Norway, Sweden and all the way back up to Northern Ireland. The 36 hours bus journey from Erfurt did not feel as long as it sounds ;)
Countries I’ve Visited
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Kenya, Malta, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Serbia, Spain, Sweden, Tunisia, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States, Wales
