About Me

CURRENT MISSION:

To travel, meet new people, and see the world while having fun. I would like to take current weekend trips around where I live to meet new people and hang out. Then progress to longer trips.

ABOUT ME:

I enjoy an occasional cigar, am a social drinker, honest, hardworking guy who likes to have fun, meet new people, and enjoy life. I practice a Jewish lifestyle. I eat "KOSHER." If you are not familiar with it please investigate what it involves. I will give you a brief rundown, I do not eat pork, shellfish, and other meats and fish. I also do not allow it in my house, nor can my pots or dishes be used to cook it or eat it. Sometimes I also eat vegetarian or vegan. I am a verified member of Air B and B, which is a traveling community site. I am a very laid-back person, looking to make new friends from all over. I am an Air Force veteran and an amateur photographer. My home is a "CLOTHING OPTIONAL" home unless my guest is uncomfortable with it. I dislike wearing clothes at home. My philosophy is: "If I don't wear it, then I don't have to wash it." I do not force guests to not wear clothes and I wear them when I have guests unless they are comfortable being nude and with nudity. "CLOTHING OPTIONAL" does not mean sex. I enjoy discussions with people about their passions, travels, and life experiences. (Except I do not discuss, religion, sex, or politics.) I teach classes to give people the tools to improve their quality of life. I also volunteer for a couple of not-for-profits.

PHILOSOPHY:

To help other people whenever possible and to make this world a better place by being in it. It is not my place to judge people. I do not know what it took to get them to the point in life they are at. I am to help, however necessary if I am able. I am spiritual, not religious. G-d wants a relationship with humankind, not religion or denominations. I am constantly learning how to "be", instead of "doing" all the time. We are all on the same journey but on different pages.
"We have to be the Change we want to see." Gandhi

THINGS I LIKE:

I enjoy being nude, cooking and baking, movies, music, walking on the beach at night, photography, good conversations, camping, road trips, weekend road trips, adventures, new experiences, good wine, and imported liquors. Music is a lifeline to the soul. I do not watch TV, but I have a great selection of movies. I enjoy reading. Books are like family to me. I like to learn about spirituality and other people's experiences with spirituality. I have been on an alternative natural medicine journey since 2018. It has been a unique and life-changing experience.

MY HOUSE:

My home is a "CLOTHING OPTIONAL" home unless my guests are uncomfortable with it. I live in a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath, two-story house 30 minutes NE of Atlanta in a nice safe, quiet neighborhood with a fenced backyard.

IF I HAD A LIFE MOTTO IT WOULD BE:

"Be kind to others, because you do not know what page of life they are on in their journey."

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I enjoy people, and having guests gives me a chance to explore new cultures, faiths, beliefs, passions, and life experiences with travelers. It also gives me a chance to explore and learn new food dishes from my guests. A place to sleep, food, a bath is always available. If you happen to need to wash some clothes, a washer and dryer are also available. I have pillows, sheets, blankets for all the beds, as well as towels and washcloths for guests to use. I also have room for campers if the house is full.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been a member for a while, and enjoy hosting people. I first started hosting people when I lived in a two-bedroom RV. I have not had any negative experiences. It was an awesome experience hosting the Young and Wild Expedition in 2013. Eight awesome young people biking across the U.S. to raise money for an orphanage in Honduras. I am looking forward to being able to meet people while traveling and surfing in the future. I had my first surfing experience this year and it was awesome. I was in Ft. Lauderdale for a week of training and I stayed with some very awesome people. I have an open invitation to come back any time. Our schedules worked well for us all the way around. I plan on using couch surfing for more travel experience. I have had the pleasure of hosting people in the United States as well as from countries abroad. The experience was wonderful. We shared great food, drinks, and conversations.

Interests

I enjoy G-d, people, being nude, music, movies, camping, canoeing, reading, cooking, baking, biking, the beach, good wine, imported liquors, good food, good times with people. I am very open-minded and nonjudgmental. I like people and learning from them, about their culture, beliefs, world view, food, passions, and life experiences. My guests and I have sat up all night at times sharing about ourselves. I like new experiences and adventures. I am open to possibilities. I have very few limits and like to have fun.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am open to all types of music, the only requirement is that I can understand what is being said. I like almost all movies and I enjoy reading Ann Rice and other authors. I am also into reading self-improvement books, religious books, and books based on historical events that happened.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I rode an elephant it was wonderful. Traveled to Israel on a tour. Been to Graceland, The Lorraine Motel, the National Civil Rights Museum, and the St. Louis Arch. Held a live alligator. Climbed lighthouses. Visited the grave of Marie Laveau. Toured the "Peacemaker", a solid wooden sailing ship with sails. Went on a tour of Tuskegee University and Moton Field, where the Tuskegee Airmen trained. Graduated with a Masters Degree in 2016. Climbed to the top of Bell Rock in Sedona, AZ. Saw John Waters live in person. Traveled to Cancun for Christmas in 2020 and toured some Mayan ruins. I went to Tulum for a concert at a cenote. Participated in natural medicine ceremonies since May 2018.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach cooking and baking, discuss photography, nudity, spirituality, philosophy, natural medicines, music, and movies. I enjoy talking about spirituality with people and learning from their view on it. I am an amateur photographer and video maker. I can always use tips from people with experience. I am open to suggestions and tips.
I can learn from my guests how to fix their favorite food.
I can share my time and home with my guests, and we can explore Atlanta and the surrounding areas together as I have just moved here.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Clothing optional experience. Great stories, food, fun, adventures, long talks about life, the natural medicine journey, and other subjects. I am an open-minded easy going person that likes to have fun. I enjoy meeting new people. A chance to experience "clothing optional" living. Clothing optional does not mean sex.
