Well, I am Michael.
A Scot living in Sweden. I am a wilderness guide, so testimony to a love of the wilderness and excitement.
Naturally i meet many people and fall in love with their stories.
Where i do not hold anything against comfortable trips i do prefer an authentic experience even if that might cause me to step out of my comfort zone.
I am a content, optimistic and resilient individual but do fail to describe myself.
I will let you be the judge of my character in this instance.
The lack of references is because we have hosted surfers using a joint account in our home so i have not been using this personal account, lately.

Have you ever seen the 'Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory'- 1971.
Well the scene where charlie realises that he is going to get to see the factory is the best way to describe how i feel about my own life. Such wonderful things to see, inspiring people to meet. dangers to overcome.
People do not actively seek adventure. it is hard and it is, for the most part, unpleasant. Yet it seems like no matter what you will do, that adventure will find you if taking the first step into exploration.
I'm currently writing this at 2am and have not been able to sleep, wanderlust is the cause perhaps. Something you will learn about me is that i can get very philosophical in the late evenings.
