I grew up moving a lot so I have lived in Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Souther California and Nevada Near Lake Tahoe... Currently living in Orange County, CA but Tahoe and Hawaii are my home... I am a yoga instructor and mom to 4 amazing kids that are growing way too fast. I love music, to paint, surf, hike and delicious food oh and good beer or wine... Love meeting new people, adventures and making new memories to tell around a camp fire.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Because I have been travelling more now that my kids are getting a bit bigger for some of my trainings and conferences and I realized it would be a great way to meet new people where I am going and be able to have new people in my neck of the woods.

Music is always changing for the moment but love everything from punk to classical, country and rap to gospel to meditation sounds... Depends on the mood... Most likely something acoustic tho... Books very rarely do I get to read for fun... Last book was called medicine man and it took me mos to finish it:) - side effect of 4 kids and working...
