I am Michaela and I am 26 years old. Right now I live in Sacramento, California where I work as an aupair.

I am really easy going and optimistic person. I love having fun, traveling, exploring new places and meeting new people. Spending a year abroad by myself is a wonderful opportunity and I try to travel and explore as much as I can.

I used to live in London for a few years and it was absolutely amazing as well.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I traveled to Amsterdam, Belgium, France and Ireland with my best friend and we stayed there through to Couchsurfing. It was a great experience and we met a lot of interesting people! Always nice when someone from locals can join me or share local tips! But I understand if you are busy too!
