Overview
About Me
I've been passionate about traveling for a long time & my passion didn't go away after I settled down in Bratislava and started working 9 - 5 job couple years ago.
Luckily, my girlfriend Michaela shares this passion with me and we have been spending all our vacation days traveling for past 3 years and more we travel - more we want to travel. Every "journey" has been amazing and we love everything that this "hobby" brings - planning, exploring, taking & sharing pictures, tasting food, meeting new people...and the best part is choosing our destinations...we don't have a wish list, so the destinations usually find us...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
What I am usually missing on my travels is the way to connect with the locals as you are bound to meet the other travelers - which is also very inspiring, but talking to the locals always brings a different perspective and flavor to the country you are visiting.
As for hosting - since we have a limited amount of days we can spend visiting the world, let the world visit us when we work :))) We love to share our passion for traveling, our knowledge of our country and we also love hearing about other people's journeys, countries and life stories.
Interests
If I am not traveling, I like to spend my time in the nature - walking or hiking, I also enjoy some quality time spent with my girlfriend, family or friends, good food and wine, good music, book or a movie... and let's not forget the ice cream.
