Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far I had very nice experiences couch surfing in Germany and Greece with men, women and couples. Everyone was kind, we shared food and wine, went to concerts or the beach.

Interests

I enjoy being out in nature, by the water, in the woods, on top of a mountain. I enjoy concerts, theater plays and performances, but preferably on a small scale - it shouldn´t be too big.
I love to play beach volleyball and basketball, I´ve just started to play Ukulele. I like Tai Ji to cool my mind and go a bit deeper. And I´m fond of improvisation Theater: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tekrZykV6TY

And of course I like cooking. That would be something fun to do together.

Music, Movies, and Books

Books: I mostly read graphic novels. My favourite is Pjönjang by Guy Delisle. Funny Story about the Cartoon drawing Business in North Korea.
And I like short stories.

Music: I like old school Salsa, Soul from the 60-s/70-s, old school hip hop , sometimes electronic. It´s difficult to nail it down, what I listen to. Right now I listen a lot to Amanda Palmer, Eric Bibb, The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain, but also Cold Water by Justin Bieber (yes, very embarrassing, I know - but I have a teenage nephew).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The best place I´ve ever been to was the source of the Ganges, which lies high in the Himalayas. The interesting thing about it is, that the Ganges is right away a big river. It comes out of a glacier. I stayed there a few nights with some indian pilgrims. I cried when I was leaving.

Teach, Learn, Share

I used to teach english and spanish. I can teach improvisation theater. And I´ve done a formation in Shiatsu. And I´m a good cook. That´s the things you can learn from me
