I am a culturally-conscious, relational woman who loves to explore different places through their local people! I live in Fort Collins, Colorado and work full-time as a psychologist bringing integrative and traditionally healing practices to large health canter. I teach trauma-sensitive yoga, will soon be an acupuncturist, and practice with essential oils, living plants, and natural remedies.

I grew up with Native American influences from my father, and Sicilian influences from my mother and feel endlessly curious about how culture shapes who we are, how we are in relationships, and what we find nourishing and healing. I have dreams to engage more with human rights work at an international level.

I'm a trail runner and am running my first ultra marathon this spring! I love being outside and exploring on foot, by bicycle, or any other slower-method of transport. I'm also a Scorpio, water sign, and feel most "at-home" near/ in/ on water.
