I am a vagabond by nature. I grew up in the United States and have lived everywhere from small farming towns to gigantic cities. I love the feeling of discovering new places, meeting new people, and trying new foods. I believe that the only way you really learn who you are is by getting uncomfortable. I really enjoy the simple things in life like good friends, sunrise, and getting lost in new places.

I think about how lucky I am that I have the ability to explore the things that interest me. It's never lost on me as I see the world how much I appreciate the generosity and compassion of people. the world is a big beautiful place and I can't wait to see it all.

I am an author and mentor for adults who survived child abuse. I work to make the world a better place.

I have never couchsurfed and after hearing amazing stories of adventure, connection, and exploration I decided that it is time for me to see what the hype is all about.

I'm so exited about the prospect of making new friends around the world and the feeling of being a part of someones life. I think that experiences and people are the real purpose of life.
