About Me

I'm originally from Venezuela but have half of my roots in United States. I live in Madrid where I'm doing a Doctorate in Physics.
I'm outgoing, positive, and love talking and listening to people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Mostly cultural exchange. I am very interested in learning about other cultures, ways of viewing life and history. I love travelling and think the best way to know a place is to interact with people form that place. I also enjoy very much sharing my own adventures and views and showing people the city I live in.
The other reason I'm on Couchsurfing is to be ecologically friendly. I think we need to change our behaviour as a society and limit useless consumption of resources. Couchsurfing seems to me a big shift in this sense.

Interests

Outdoors fitness like hiking, running, biking, and swimming. I also like playing team sports but I'm usually not very good.

Music
Generally classical rock like Metallica, Guns N' Roses, Nirvana, Queen... Some Spanish rock like Juaquin Sabina, Fito Paez. Some protest music Bob Dylan, Ali Primera, Pete Seeger. I also like newer music but I haven't learned the names of the artists yet...

Favorite overall movie is Black Orpheus. I enjoy very much films directed by Woody Allen, Almadovar, Alejandro Gonzalez Iñarritu and Tarantino.
