Hello! I am genuinely interested in all cultures of the world, and really appreciate the bonds that couchsurfing allows you to make with hosts local to the city. I just started using couchsurfing but i have had great experiences so far! I was born and raised in NYC, so I have been exposed to many cultures, but it's never the same as actually visiting the place that the culture has originated. Travelling with a local is always a highlight for me.
