About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Tour the globe getting to know new extraordinary and mind breaking ways of partying

ABOUT ME

Supposingly open minded and easy going character of person, not taking the world too seriously. Bit of a night owl, using the weekend for the purpose it was made for (read: partying) getting up way too early for a whole week (have to say that I'm an outspoken B-person).

I enjoy learning new things, especially since I left school, never imagined I'd miss that! Also a language interested person, which is the reason why I've undertaken several languages while travelling in the current countries and therefore do know a few.

Always trying hard to be the optimistic type, even when things do look hopeless, since being negative absolutely won't get you anywhere. I respect people for who they are and expect this in return as well, which shouldn't be an issue within this community of good people, speaking of my experiences so far :)

PHILOSOPHY

Experience life when you can, and get the best out of it. Live in peace, have fun and always remember to stay optimistic in any sense!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Join the meetings and host whenever I can make it fit in with work.

If you want to surf at my place, be aware that I work during weekdays early morning, and won't be home until around 6-7 o'clock in the evening.

I do expect you to be interested in hanging out with your host (me), since there's no reason for you to stay with me if you "have more important things to do" or "have no interest in getting to know me". If you can answer yes to any of the two previous statements, please save yourself the time of writing a couch request.
If you send a request at least make sure that you have read my profile and agree to "The Terms" (as specified above) putting it very formally (I don't like being too formal though!), and then I'm sure we will have an awesome time together :) How do I know if you've read it...when you refer to some of the things stated in the profile.

During weekdays I expect you to be home at a reasonable time (I usually crash at around 11 pm). That said, I most likely will be taking you out late night both Friday and Saturday for a party!
I like doing sightseeing with my surfers, so we can definitely figure out something together if you want to explore.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had a couch surfer from USA staying with me, and we had loads of fun touring the streets of Copenhagen in the weekends partying late. Was a good experience to get to know a foreigner behind the facade.

Music, Movies, and Books

Broad music taste that ranges from R'n'B and rap to soul, classic and techno.
Usually I don't read that much (guess I got tired reading books in school), only travel guide books when I need some info about my next planned destination, at this point a journey from Myanmar/Burma to Hong Kong with everything it includes :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Definitely travelling!! My best travel adventures yet have been in Latin America, but I also had amazing experiences in Asia, North America and Africa.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach things about my own city and country, and during a visit here or abroad I hope to share some of this information about cultural origins and behaviour with the other person I'm spending time with. Hopefully I'll also be able to receive some inputs on their origins and culture as well, and be left an experience richer and knowing more than before the meeting.

Countries I’ve Visited
