I was born in London and I work in the theatre. I think it's good that this site exists, and that it gives people the chance to offer old fashioned hospitality.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been a member since 2004, and hosted a lot of people. I have never used the site as a guest. I stopped using CS for a few years when I graduated, and now I am back.

Art, theatre, film, dance, politics, history, architecture, adventures, parties. I worked as a tour guide on the river Thames, which was a lot of jokes, architecture and history.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I once saw a huge storm blow in from the sea while we were on the cliffs. When it hit, we had to take cover under a small plastic tarpaulin. It was freezing and wet. A man we were with started singing old songs I'd never heard before. I was amazed by the simple power of his voice against the storm.
