My greater inspiration is to reunite human community with the rest of nature that we might consider ourselves to be equal inhabitants among a wild variety of life forms in a vast ecosystem and our homes to be a natural part of this flourishing forest.
To explore life and all that it has to offer, and to learn what it is to be happy.

ABOUT ME

I am a free human animal. I live be inspired and share inspiration. I am called to seek wisdom and share wisdom. This calling has led me on countless wild adventures cycling, hitchhiking, and caravaning across North and Central America, from which I have learned invaluable lessons which have guided my life toward a purpose of learning from, experimenting with, and, ultimately, creating human community which is in harmony with the nature of life on Earth.
More imortant than any sense of purpose of feeling of knowing, for me, is to simply find joy in every action and bliss within each moment and to do my best to share that bliss however I can!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have been traveling for the past year in pursuit of learning. Now I am pursuing a place were i might call home a develop something beautiful where I will have the opportunity to host in the future.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing has been a wonderful tool for me to connect to communities and find places to stay with all kinds of amazing people! In the past I've mostly used Warmshowers (a community similar to CS but intended for touring cyclists) to find places to lay my head, but I intend to use Couchsurfing more often in the future.

I enjoy most forms of genuine musical expression. Some of my favorite musicians are Medeski Martian and Wood, Esbjorn Svensson Trio, Avishai Cohen, Breathe Owl Breathe, Radiohead, Neil Young, Jose Gonzalez, Flobots, Old School Freight Train...
My favorite books include Cat's Cradle, Galapagos, Animal Farm, Confessions of an Economic Hitman, The Hobbit, The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, Tao of Phisics, Spell of the Sensuous, Contact, A Walk Across America...
Some favorite films are Planet Earth, Banksy's Exit Through the Gift Shop, Revolver, Ip Man, and I'm sure plenty others that I can't remember.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I gave away everything I owned, quit my job, and left to wander the Earth on a bicycle.
