Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I like meeting and talking to new people. I find it fascinating to meet people from different cultures, parts of the world and all walks of life. I like seeing how they live, hear their stories and learn about how they live their lives. The diversity in this wonderful world we live in never cease to amaze me!

Meeting locals! Everywhere I go, instead of seeing all the classic tourist spots, I want to have a real taste of the local life - and couchsurfing is a great way of achieving that for me as a traveller.

I love travelling, sailing and running. Really happy when I can combine all three of them! :-)

I read all the time. Some fiction, but mostly nonfiction and "factual" books about sailing, traveling, running, business, entrepreneurship, personal development etc.

Algo increíble que he hecho

Sailed in the Caribbean on a fairly small sailboat from Guadeloupe to Grenada for 4 weeks. With 5 people that I didn't know beforehand. Seeing beautiful places, sharing the experiences with other likeminded people. Modest, simple living with very few modern amenities in a very limited space. Helping each other and working together on all the different tasks on the boat while sailing. Amazing experience!
