Hey all,

I grew up in Johannesburg in South Africa before moving to Germany to study mechanical engineering. Nowadays I work from Switzerland, but my job means I'm always travelling and discovering new places.

I'm a curious person and I love experiencing new things, be it lands and cultures, foods and drinks or new sports and activities. Meeting people and making new firends is one of the best things I can think of.

I seek adventure and want to see as much of our world as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

With my job I am away from home for most of the year. Couchsurfing seems like the perfect way to meet new people and to experience new cities and countries in an authentic, closer to life kind of way, instead of being stuck in hotels and tourist areas.

Also I would like to share my experiences with others and hoepfully make their travels more interesting and memorable.
