ABOUT ME

I love meeting new people, and learning from the world around me.

I've worked quite a lot as a musician, and as a mental health worker, amongst numerous other jobs - some odder than others. I suppose you could say people and culture are my two primary interests, although I also get pretty passionate about coffee and food several times a day, on average.

I'm currently delving into the world of interaction design, and am looking for creative, innovative, and inspiring projects to get involved with. People, design, and massive change.

Music has been the main cause of my traveling as an adult, and I've been fortunate to travel all over Canada in some very good musical company, as well as Australia, the UK, and the US. My childhood was partly spent overseas in Australia and Wales, but I've spent very little time outside of the world of former British colonies - hoping to change that in the near future!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only just started using CS directly quite recently, but I've certainly surfed on innumerable couches as a touring musician over the years.

I consider myself a friendly, respectful person, and hopefully that comes through whether I'm hosting or being hosted. :)

My partner has used CS quite a lot and had fantastic experiences with it over the years.
