Born and raised in Hawaii, I'm now living in Texas where I received my high school and college education. After being serious about my pursuit of history, and with the encouragement of my mentors and professor, I decided to pursue the path of becoming a Chinese historian. As of right now, I am studying Mandarin in Taiwan. I plan on obtaining my master's here and then my PhD in America.

True to my history major, I'm looking to experience different cultures, philosophies, geographies, food, architecture, and so forth in order to gain a deeper understanding of the world's myriad peoples. As a photographer and videographer, I seek to capture the real and candid moments in life and hope to explicate these moments through thought provoking narration.
