The Space
Location! Location! Location!
Our art-filled residence is in a quiet neighborhood in the middle of everything there is to see or do in Desert Edge. The Room, is a middle-eastern fantasy space...filled with Persian Rugs and Orientalist Art and antiques. The adjoining bathroom is shared with the cat, Chester. You may use the kitchen or, sometimes choose to dine with us. (Ask about my infamous Eggplant Chili!)

Wherever I am living...and that has included, Germany, Arkhangelsk, Russia,; Shanghai, China; Prague, Czechoslovakia; Istanbul, Turkey; Cuernavaca, Mexico and Kuna Yala, Panama.

I can arrange free homestays with Kuna Indians in Panama. Ask me about this incredible experience.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been offering couch surfing of a type since living in Prague, Czechoslovakia in 1990-91.
Often met people in cafes or the train station and invited them home.
Mostly good experiences with a few bad apples.
Robbed in Tashkent.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Lived and worked with the Kuna Indians in Panama.
Helped Kuna thwart gold-miner threat in mid 1990s.
Received approbation in form of Chief's staff of office in recognition of past and future contributions to the Kuna community and Congresso. Helped establish Panamanian non-profit working to improve the lives of the Kuna.
