Hey guys, I am a Personal Trainer in the small city of Ottawa, When I am not not work I love to do out door activities such as trail running, swimming, hiking, rock climbing. I also love live music and I am pretty much up for anything.

PHILOSOPHY

No real Big Philosophy really just have a great time with everyone I encounter.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have two roommates, Jeff and Phil. Jeff also has an account on here. We have only hosted people so far. I think 13 people so far. I also looking a traveling next year to Europe.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Everyone I have met off of couch surfing has been a great experience. We have only hosted people before and or main mission is to show people a great time.

I read a lot of fitness, health, psychology books. I also love Douglas coup land books and Chuck Chuck Palahniuk.

I will watch any and all movies.

I love all types of Metal and Rock music, I also like symphony/orchestra music.
