Resumen
Sobre mí
I firmly believe in saying yes to adventure. I am a filmmaker, musician and recovering stand-up comedian living in Chicago where I helped found the best stand-up show in the country (http://comediansyoushouldknow.com) and probably the funniest podcast you've ever heard...

I am also a father and husband and, aside from Chicago, have lived in New York City, Seattle and San Francisco to name a few and am on a constant hunt for the perfect piece of pie. All in good time...
Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing
Before my sons were born I was in constant motion and had only a few opportunities to take advantage of CS. Now that I'm settled in I hope to host more (and be hosted) whenever possible.
One of my favorite travel experiences was a magnificent evening in an electricity/water-free log cabin on the coast of Oregon. Our host made us a wonderful breakfast of eggs, hash browns, toast and chocolate milk, which completely made up for the mouse that kept us up all night with it's scratching and squeaking.

Algo increíble que he hecho
I once bicycled from Seattle to San Francisco, 1080 miles. Almost every moment left me breathless, both literally and figuratively.
Also, I am a father of two amazing little boys whose wonder and vigor never cease to astound (and tire) me.
Enseña, aprende, comparte
A few years ago I took a 10-day silent Vipassana meditation course. It was a life-changing experience to say the least and opened my eyes to a world of possibilities previously unfathomed.
The experience left me wanting to spread not just goodwill to others but whatever personal knowledge I could offer, whether it be how to make french onion soup from scratch or how to shoot a short film in 48 hours.
