About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Finish editing movie material from last vacation (roadbike trip from Paris - Marseille). Then Australia (great reef diving) and learn wingsuit jumping haha!

ABOUT ME

Nice to meet you! i'm Michael, 27, curious about our universe and life in general. My main problem in life is that i want to do too much, and like too much. I always have hard times sticking to the things i'm doing. I like sportive / adventurous holidays, playing the piano (i do not own one at the moment unfortunately), learning new languages (and cultures) and explore new countries and the world's nature that i haven't seen before.

PHILOSOPHY

i want to know everything and i want to have done as much as i can in this world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to speak and learn new languages. I like to have deeper conversations about all sorts of things: state of the world, geopolitics, economy, sustainability, life on earth and life beyond earth.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

during 2014 summer vacation biked from Paris to Marseille in 2 weeks, of which 9 days spent biking (8-12 hours per day or 90-140 km per day).
We couch surfed 10 of 14 days and i LOVED IT. Couchsurfing is awesome.

Interests

IT, computers, tech, our universe, interesting theories, economics, nature, sustainability, minimalistic travelling (how do you do that? i fail at it every time), religion (i am not religious but deeply interested in the phenomenon and why it is so attractive to so many people, apparently) and (dry/exxagerative/dark) humor (a la superjail, thanks Elisa for introducting me to that :D)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Slept on a roundabout after pure fatigue.
- Passenger speedboat ride from one island to another and getting 1-2 secs of airtime (i thought it was cool but it was pretty fucked up actually. a girl in the front broke some shoulder bone...)
- Hitchhiked in France for first time, was great too!
