About Me

Hey there!

My name is Michael, and in the beginning of October, me and my beloved dog Karakol (named after the town in Kyrgyzstan in which we found each other) will start an adventure: we will try to hitchhike overland from Germany to India. For the past few years, i have been struggling to live in the Here and Now, as i constantly worried about the past (my fiance left me the day after Christmas) and the Future (how will i be able to save enough Money to one day travel for long), so i decided to sell all my belongings and to travel Low Budget. By Hitchhiking and Couchsurfing, i hope to meet locals who can Help me understand a country or Region better and hopefully be shown Secret gems. I Love to be outside, spend time in Nature and with likeminded people. I like playing boardgames and listen to downtempo music with world music influence in the rare moments i dont think about travelling. During our hitchhiking Journey, i am keeping Log with an own travel blog and via Instagram. Feel free to ask me anything! :)
