Would like to meet local people of places I am visiting, I am traveling often on mine own and its always nice if there is someone local for chat, not really looking for accommodation I love mine little tend :-), despite that, I will always be happy to help with peoples accommodation once people will like to stay in London or wherever I am going to be based in the future :-)
