Who am I? Good question!

I believe I can be whoever I want and people are changing constantly. Often I'm reserved, calm and peaceful person, observing the situation from a distance, not being in the centre of the group, enjoying solitude and taking my time to think (a lot) and coming up with creative solutions to a problem but at the same time I can be a party animal, the most energetic person in the room, smiling, jumping in the crowd, singing, shouting, dancing, drinking, just having fun with friends. It really depends ;-)

Even though I don't like to be labeled I came to conclusion that maybe it's useful to mention that according to 16personalities.com my personality type is: Logistician (ISTJ-T)

I don't necessary like to talk too much about myself, because it often seems like bragging. However I did some cool things and I would love to share the stories with you if you want to hear them :)

Professionally I work in IT environment and I'm a software tester there (quality assurance). I love fast paced world of new technologies and we can have a long discussion about that and about impact the technology has on our lives, again if you want it too ;)

I started travelling more last year, when I finally earned my own money and enough to go to some places I've never been before. Last year (2016) despite the fact that I was still studying and working full time at the same time I managed to visit 5 countries and I already know I will be at least in 5 countries in 2017 too or maybe even in more. Time will tell...

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

The reason why I'm on Couchsurfing is that I don't want to just travel, go to couple of famous places, take photos and the next day go home. I want to get to know people, their customs, their favourite places (less obvious ones) and try local food and drinks. Maybe even attend a party =) Btw. I'm a big fan of food, not really cooking but eating haha :D

And I love to show people my hometown which happens to be Warsaw. I was born here and lived here since then so I know many places worth visiting and at the same time I'm still discovering the city.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music:
I love electronic music and techno a little bit but basically I listen to pretty much everything. Classical music will always have a warm place in my heart as well as jazz. I don't enjoy much metal but otherwise I really listen to every genre of music that exists.

I definitely love going to concerts and listen live music at pubs, bars, clubs.

Movies:
I'm more a serial person. I enjoy watching new things on Netflix but movies are also cool :D I like comedies, especially french ones, thrillers, action movies and war movies.

Books:
I love to read and I read a lot. I used to read mostly crime stories written by Agatha Christie and Jo Nesbø. Now I prefer to read tech articles and a non-fiction books that help me to learn something new every day. Currently reading "One small step can change your life", "How to win friends and influence people", "Quiet: The power of introverts in a world that can't stop talking" and classic "Thinking fast and slow". I don't have that much time so I'm switching between them chapter by chapter to get my daily inspiration from different sources.
