One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One evening I was walking down an almost empty street in Warsaw. Suddenly I noticed that my right shoe lace is untied. I stopped to tie it up. While doing that I hear a bicycle passing me. After some moments I hear a nice voice of a woman:
- excuse me?
- yes?
- I think You dropped something - she says to me and points her finger at a black stain on the sidewalk
I looked at the stain and then at her.
- Excuse me miss but that stain is a dead cat
We were standing for some moments looking at each other and not knowing what to say. I forced out a smile. Then I went on.
