I'm a young man living in the heart of Slovakia, Banska Bystrica. I'm happy married. We're studying at The Academy of Arts together with my wife, Stanka. I'm studying Documentary Filmmaking and she is studying Painting. I'm currently in the last year and the next year I'll graduate.
Film and documentary folm is not only study branch and a job for me. Probably thanks to my document studying, I like to visit new places, cultures and people.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

My relatives and friends use couchsurfing quite often, they were talking about their skills and experiences. As I like traveling, exploring new places and people, I decided to try Couchsurfing. It's a challenge for me, and I believe, thanks to Couchsurfing I'll meet new people and their home from a different perspective.

Music, Movies and books are very important for me. In my opinion, art and culture helps person to better understand life and world, it expands horizons and helps us to see various situations in a broader context.

Movies
Priority I'm interested in European and Eastern European documentary film making, but I like everything connected with film. I like northern kinematography among European creation. During a recent time, I found Island like very interesting for me. Especially a film called Life in a Fishbowl.
The Northern creators also do very good drama production, Bron/Broen – The Bridge is one of the best crime series for me. I like David Fincher, Martin Scorsese, Alejandro González Iñárritu among world's directors.
