About Me

ABOUT ME

In a sentence I would just say I'm easy going.

I love art, music, books, dance. I enjoy a great party or a quiet night at home, both going to museums, just walking around cities and hiking and backpacking. I like all pets, farm animals and wild creatures (with the exceptions of those who suck blood and leave me itching). I like cooking or eating out, boats, planes or horse drown cartridges - really, it's all good with me.

I'll give most things a try at least once. Try me...

PHILOSOPHY

be nice, it's nice to be nice.

Interests

Other than the obvious love for rocks, I love all sort of outdoorsy activities, I love art and music and nice warm nights out of drinking beer with friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'll pretty much listen to anything presented to me.
I've started out by loving folk and blues and added, indie, punk, groove, low-fi...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

My parents used to live in an apartment with a balcony facing East to the Judea desert and the Mountains of Jordan. Sometimes, on clear winter days, I'd wake up really early to watch the sun rise over the mountains and light them up in bright shades of red.

I've milked goats in Mongilia, got almost lost in small villages on the China-Laos border, sailed inro Vietnam across the Mekong River, watched my cooking gear get carried away by a sudden flood in Jordan, hiked on a 4,800 m high plateau (just barely), watched the Christmas Mass in the old city of Jerusalem... but it feels strange writing these when I still want to do so much more.
