I'm a very easygoing person with a wide range of interests, willing to research extensively any field that takes my fancy.
At the moment I'm determined to learn Swahili (if time permits).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm just fond of meeting new people from all around the world and exploring different cultures.
The second reason is also pretty simple, a lot of my friends started using couchsurfing (and not to be outdone, I had to do the same!)

My music taste varies greatly but basically I would say: The Beatles, The Kills, Pete Doherty, The Smiths, The Doors, Chet Baker, Miles Davis (these spring to my head immediately at the moment)

Movies: almost all of Woody Allen's movies but my favourites are undoubtedly "Annie Hall", "Manhattan", "Play it again, Sam", "Sleeper", "Take the Money and Run", "Mighty Aphrodite"

Books: "Mrs Dalloway" and "The Waves" by Virginia Woolf

What I Can Share with Hosts

Good wine! I can also engage you in an interesting conversation (at least I hope so) and infect you with my posivite energy. I'm in love with salsa and contemporary dance so I can teach you some moves if you like!
My cooking skills are unfortunately not even mediocre but I can buy some stodge ;)
