ABOUT ME

I grew up in South Milwaukee, WI, and never traveled much while growing up. My travel adventures consisted of driving an hour and half to Madison for a weekend each summer to compete in swimming in the Badger State Games. And I loved it!
I hope to make up for all the lost time soon. I am fascinated with languages and traveling, like everyone else on here. :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed in Croatia, France, the Netherlands, and Canada. I've hosted people from Norway, France, Japan, and Spain.

Interests

in no particular order... running, marathons, swimming, people-watching, trying all kinds of food, comfortable shoes, waking up without an alarm, flying, discovering treasures...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

climbed to the top of Long's Peak in Rocky Mountain National Park. Never hiked much before that, and almost got stormed on, but I made it.
