About Me

I'm a smiling, friendly and open minded guy, ready for discussions on many different topics. Professionally, I'am a scientist working at CERN and doing my PhD in elementary particle physics.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After six months in Hawaii, where I was staying as a Fulbright student with my wife, we headed out to see the Americas. First we flew to Mexico and spent a month over there and Belize and Guatemala. Then, we came back to the US, rented a van, put a mattress in the back and started travelling through beautiful national parks and cool cities. Couchsurfing is helping us out with showering and a decent sleep from time to time.

Interests

Travelling is one of the most important things in my life, I enjoy every moment I can spend on the road. I also love eating, so I had to learn how to cook. I like to spoil my friends and family with my dishes. I'm interested in new technologies and try to be up-to-date with news in science.
