I am a Polish guy living in the Northern Norway, on the beautiful island of Senja, above the polar circle.
City born, city raised - so it is quite a story how I ended up (and stayed) here.

My professional background is a mix of business tourism, management and a graphic design.
I am working as a manager and a guide in one of the resorts on Senja, so I can show you around the area.

Senja is called 'a Norway in the miniature' and there is plenty to see and explore!
Northern Lights, snowshoeing & whales during winter / autumn. Midnight sun, hikes & boat rides in the summer. And many other options.

It is not exactly the party spot but there is always Tromsø - a university city not too far away, where things can get interesting at night:)

When you come to Senja, you are welcome at my house. There will be a separate bedroom waiting for you.. and a dog. I have a 9-year old Jack Russell Terrier, so please be dog tolerant :)

Couchsurfing feels way more like staying at a hostel than at a fancy hotel.
And although I like good hotels, being here seems just more exciting.
As a traveller myself - I am up for meeting new, interesting people.
Especially that Senja (although amazing) can be quite quiet at times.
