About Me
CURRENT MISSION
On a mission to live the "present moment". Being mindfull as they say ;)
ABOUT ME
I would discribe myself as a curious, passionate, fun and sporty guy.
What I most enjoy is simply sharing with people, confronting our visions of the world as we believe it should be (which can actually be a no-end discussion...), grabing a beer while watching a football or rugby game, or even playing on the pitch !
The perspectives of traveling abroad and meet people from many horizons and cultures helps me work hard all the year long as a marketing consultant ;)
See you soon somewhere !
PHILOSOPHY
Enjoy the present moment without thinking too much helps you being happier. This is what buddhist or psychologists would call "mindfulness".
"You're not your thoughts, you're who you want to be at the present time" that's my creed.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
For instance I'm looking for a couch to surf on in Cape Town for a few days and I can hang out any time in Paris and be a city guide !
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Does a Couch Surfing experience at my cousins place cun ? If so, I've been doing it a lot of times !
Actually I'm quite new here, never been a couch surfer before.
I hope to be one soon ;)
Interests
I love sport ! Watching or playing I don't care ! As long as there is rugby or soccer on TV or I can play with friends roller in line hockey ;)
Hanging out with friends, hiking, gooing at the gym, visiting cities and museums, sharing opinions, eating well, watching series and films, playing cards (better at Poker or UNO ;), playing the guitar, reading alternative marketing books, working (I know... it's kind of weird), listening to good music and enjoy at concerts... Well I guess that's all !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I met this Peruvian guy at the Sacsayhuamán Inca temple located at the top of Cuzco. It was after a 2-hour walk (altitude is 3500m... so quite exhausting ;) night was falling down and the place was almost empty. We felt like all alone at the top roof of the world in this outstanding place. You could feel a very specific atmosphere engulfing the place and everyone was enjoying the instant in an hedonistic silence...
This person was standing at the top of a nearby big rock. We went naturally toward him and he semmed to like our respectful interest for the place. Following a 30mn of pure happiness... He told us the whole story and legends of Inca peoples from how they moved for decades the rocks to build these outstanding monuments to how the first Inca unified tribes to create the Inca nation starting from the "world's bellybutton", Cuzco. Best moment ever. Tough to describe ;)
Second, much shorter. Still in Peru. Have you ever been surounded by people throwing up all around you ?
Well... I did, for Twelve hours ;)
A night travel from amazonia to Lima by night can be tricky in Peru. The snaking bus left no chance to the fragile stomachs of my neighbors... Fortunatelly, the bus company had enough vomit bags !
Teach, Learn, Share
Willing to share aculture and a world vision as a european, experiences as a backpacker in South America and Europe and among other things... laughs !
