ABOUT ME

This profile is for my girlfriend (Emilie) and I. We have practically the same background so it should be quite simple! We were born and raised in Quebec, Canada. We grew up in a quiet little town on the Gaspe coast. We are currently 23 year old students, but I would eventually like to either teach and/or work abroad. My girlfriend, a soon-to-be accountant, shares the same plans. I am more of a dreamer and she is a realistic, I guess we balance each other out quite well as we have being together for over 6 years now! We are simple people who like sports (basket-ball, tennis and hockey) and fitness as well as evenings in/out with friends.
We are hard workers and are looking forward to this summer to travel and exchange with interesting people!!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I think that the CS mission is great; interacting with different people can teach us so much. It is an enriching experience. I am looking forward to hosting people and to be hosted!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We travelled Europe during summer 2009. We met many couchsurfers during this time, it was really fun!
Since then, we have seen a few of them again and received them at our place!

As mentionned above, we love sports, travelling and spending time with family and friends. We also enjoy meeting new people. I also like politics.

An amazing helicopter ride in the North of Quebec. An entire summer of getting to know a new culture and living a once in a lifetime experience!
