I am a lover, learner, healer and adventurer. My Scottish & Sicilian heritage, growing up in the San Francisco Bay Area-the 'Free Love Generation' and in a Catholic household, inform who I am today! And then there's the many cultures I've been honoured to experience from around the world. I have been a professional dancer & singer, Junior Olympic Athlete, concierge, ranch boss & horse groom, Cirque Du Soliel run-away, Maître d'hotel, music promotor, and more. I am a tradional holistic healer, world traveler, lifelong yogi & athlete, ayurvedic practitioner, singer, percussionist, free diver for abalone, outdoors/back country adventurer, horsewoman, and gypsy!

I focus on happy, positive people & places. I'm feeling as strong & healthy as a 29 year old, thanks to my dedication, devotion & desire for living life with Love & Laughter. My Yoga, Mediation, Ayurvedic Practices and study of many healing traditions from Modern to Traditional to Ethno are my foundations to good living, for which I am grateful.

I was blessed with Lil Bill my traveling companion, who is an 18lb Therapy Dog [poodle/terrier] who is even Hospital Approved as he doesn't shed, have any dander and is Hypoallergenic. Everyone, animals too, love him!

We are 'both' very well behaved, clean and considerate. Woof woof...Lil Bill even gets his paws cleaned/sterilized when coming in from the dirty streets, beaches or wilderness!

We love meeting new people, going new places, faces new challenges, finding new adventure, experiencing new things.
