About Me

I quit my job April 2016 because I was not satisfied with the life i was leading and wondered why, so I explored different cultures and activities.

I learned how to surf in peru, I learned muay thai in Thailand, I visited temples in cambodia and malaysia while recovering from illness. After getting a 200hr yoga teacher training certificate, I stayed in an ashram for about 3 months for sadhana and satsang.

As of september 2017, things have changed yet again! Lol. My favorite thing to share, by far, is meditation. I explain more about that below.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's pretty amazing that we even get to exist at all, no?

Teach, Learn, Share

The most life changing thing I have learned during my travels is that meditation is the doorway to infinite bliss...lol. Okay when I first heard this I thought it was a bunch of bull and was super skeptical. But it's true. If you meditate everyday, it's like you "memorize" what peace/bliss/serenity feels like. Then gradually this state of being penetrates the rest of your day. It's a state of being that we have all felt before triggered by magical moments in life (like cresting a mountain and gazing at the view from the top, watching the sunset after a fun day and feeling perfectly restful yet aware at the same time). I'm more than happy to share all the meditation techniques that have been taught to me :)

What I Can Share with Hosts

The type of meditation I was taught is also assisted with a bit of yog asana, and gyana (also spelled jnana) yoga, which I can share! I'll also gladly assist with chores. Helping is in my nature :). And it has been some time now since I've studied these things, but I still remember martial arts techniques from my kickboxing and brazilian jiu jitsu training, if you are interested in that! Vaisheshika says that perfect study of any art/skill leads to liberation from suffering :P
