About Me

I’m a Peruvian American currently living in Pereira with my boyfriend. I’ve been a digital nomad for over 6 years, which has allowed me to live in many different parts of the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to make local friends in the places I visit and go on adventures! Couchsurfing has given me the absolute most incredible adventures and experiences. I've met life-long friends through CS.

I’ve received so much kindness from strangers during my travels, so I want to pay it forward. Once I’m settled, I want to share my home and city with other travelers.

I usually travel alone, so I use CS to find good company. I know there are so many amazing people in the CS community.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like listening to reggaeton, salsa, bachata, bossa nova, and jazz.

Some recent books I’ve liked are The Fountainhead, Rich Dad Poor Dad, the Miracle Morning and the Silent Patient. Currently reading Lifespan, why we age and why we don’t have to

I mostly watch Spanish series on Netflix, Colombian and Mexican telenovelas are my favorite. I love animated movies too, especially Disney and Pixar

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Teach, Learn, Share

Teach:
I try to bring my ukulele with me when I can. I can teach you the songs I know. I can also help you with English and Spanish. I cook every day pretty much, so I might be able to introduce you to vegan cooking.

I have a lot of travel stories to share, and when I have guests I'm always happy to share some yummy meals together.

Learn:
I’m currently studying Portuguese and would love to get to practice speaking with locals. Just started studying Japanese since I plan to visit Japan Summer 2024

Share:
The best thing is just to share our time together. I’m so appreciative of spending quality time and sharing an experience.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I would like to be friends and I’d hope that wherever/whenever I’m settled my hosts can also visit me. It’s all about sharing experiences and time together.

I will definitely play my ukulele and sing for you! I’m also happy to make my specialty vegan breakfast for my hosts.
