My name is Michelle, I'm 22 years young and I am full of pleasant anticipation when I think about all the mates I will hopefully meet during my journey through the Northern part of the US.
If I had three words to describe myself I would choose spontaneous, chaotic & social. I love meeting interesting people and doing crazy stuff.
At home I set priorities in other things than a tidied up room, but when I'm out I know how to hold my stuff together and how to behave myself (thank you Mom!).

For the last two years I've been working with physical and mentally disabled people what made me to the person I am right now.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I didn't have the time (and the money) yet, so my biggest trip so far lead me through Galicia (Spain) for three weeks, where I enjoyed the landscape, culture and the ocean. We were three girls living in one van, that's what teached me how 'easygoing' life can be when you only focus on the most important things.

That's why I want to broaden my mind not only by places I'll visit, but also by people who like to share their story with me. I'm definitely not the kind of surfer who only wants to save money.

By now I'm only a surfer, but I would love to be a host when I'm back in town. :-)

I love creative stuff like drawing or photography.
My kind of sports are boarding, surfing, windsurfing and workoutstuff.
Fashion is also one of my interests, but I definitely see that it doesn't form a person's character.
My last point could sound strange but I'm interested in inclusion, what refers to many aspects.

Climbing up the 15meter mast of a big sailing boat.. I will never forget this feeling- and my mates calling me down because of the upcoming storm. :-D
