About Me
I first joined the CS community in 2007, sadly I don't have access to that e-mail anymore so I had to start a fresh account! I couchsurfed my way around Germany and even tried it out in my hometown. I love connecting with fellow open-minded adventurers!
I'm a self-employed photographer (need a headshot?! I'll happily take one for you as a trade for hosting!) specializing in portraits and events. I'm vegan and love cooking! I'm always playing around in my kitchen. Recently I've been making fermented ginger drinks and kombucha.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet fellow backpackers and independent travelers and of course to meet and stay with locals. I'm always looking for other cities to live and work in so it's great to stay with locals and see the *real* city!

Music, Movies, and Books
I love loads of music! Aphex Twin, Dorothy Ashby, Elizabeth Moen, Psapp, Lizzo, Broadcast, Pete Rock, Common, Nightmares on Wax, Jamie XX and soooo much more.
I don't watch loads of movies but I appreciate good cinematography and weird plots. I'm all over independent films, animated shorts etc. Vimeo is great for that!
Paulo Coelho has some sweet messages, Michael Pollan has a great literary voice, James Baldwin's writing is rich and poignant... so many books... so many authors!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Cooked an entire vegan Thanksgiving meal for 10 when I couchsurfed in Taiwan a coupe years ago.
