Hello there :)

Linn Michelle is a 30 year old woman, who was adopted from the Philippines and grew up in Gjøvik, Norway.

Cameron is a 29 year old man who grew up in Drumnadrochit in Scotland, and has lived in Norway for nearly 6 years now.

We are engaged, and live in a very small but idyllic place out in the countryside (30 minutes from Lillehammer, Hamar and Gjøvik. 15 minutes from Brumunddal and 7 minutes from Næroset) in a cosy wonderful house with a small Havanese dog called Freia and two cats called Whisky and Kuro.

Both of us are big nerds and neither of us smoke. We are very similar in most ways; we both love to travel and meeting new people; in our spare time we like to go on road trips, watch movies and TV series, play cards and board games and hang out with our friends and family. We love travelling and having fun as much as we love calm video nights. Both of us are laid-back people who are happy and reflected. We are very open minded and like people for who they are! We'll respect you if you're nice and respectful back.

We actually met because of Couchsurfing! Cameron was traveling to Norway in summer of 2015 and was couchsurfing at Linn Michelle's friend's house, and since LM's birthday is in August she invited both of them to her birthday party. We quickly became best friends and then we fell in love, and now we live together hosting couchsurfers together. -So thank you Couchsurfing, for bringing us together!

One more thing that we really like is sharing interests, opinions and experiences, and we'll be more than happy to agree to disagree. That's the beauty of life, that we are different :D

We're on Couchsurfing because this is a great opportunity to meet people from all over the world! There are also so many places around the world we haven't visited yet, and instead of stumbling around and get lost all the time, and only see the major tourist attractions, we can instead get to know a lot of awesome people who can show us around and show us the real hearts of the places we visit.

We also like to help people that love to travel but who can't always afford a hotel or a hostel.

We listen to almost all kinds of music, we really love music! (Linn Michelle plays the clarinet, ukulele and keyboard, Cameron plays the piano, ukulele, bass and drums)

The music we mostly listen to is; Metal, Pop, K-Pop, HipHop, Indie-Rock, and Country. We are both metalheads!

When it comes to favorite movies and books, it just has to be The Lord of the Ring trilogy! We're both big LotR nerds. But we like a lot of other movies and books too, but LotR is definitely our favorite! We also love Game of Thrones, Back to the Future, Jurassic Park, Harry Potter, Troll 2, and most fantasy in general. We are also big horror movie fans, old and new.

We love anime! Some favourite series of ours are Death Note, Attack on Titan, Death Parade, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Tokyo Ghoul, and so on.

Both of us: Definitely when we went to Tokyo, Japan! The whole experience was AMAZING! Tokyo is amazing. We have both been separately, but can't wait until we get the opportunity to travel there together! We plan to take our honeymoon there when we get married ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Because of Linn Michelle's earlier studies as a skincare therapist and makeup artist, she loves giving skincare and makeup tips and tricks. She's also danced almost all her life, so she'll definitely dance with you and teach you some HipHop or Street-dance. She also currently practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and would love to share experience with that, and perhaps even spar together. We have our ukuleles and a piano in the flat so we can teach you how to play those.

We would love to learn Japanese and Tagalog! Linn Michelle is also always happy if someone can show her some tricks and tips in martial arts.

In general we love to share the local area with people. Not just the more famous locations, but the beautiful scenery and interesting little things hidden away.

We think it's wonderful when people share experiences, opinions and ideas.

We can give you good company and long, deep conversations. When we're traveling we most often travel together, so it would be company from the two of us. If you want to relax with a movie or just want be alone we'll never say no to watch a movie or tv, and we have no problem with going out and exploring by ourselves. If you want to come with us, we would just as much love to have a guide! We love coffee, so we will gladly go to a café, and we love the nature and interesting hidden gems alongside the typical tourist hotspots. We are not afraid to try new and exciting things, but also appreciate relaxation!
