About Me
A recent UBC Microbiology and Immunology graduate. I recently finished my first year of the UBC Midwifery Program and I will start clinical rotations in September. Looking forward to working with pregnant ladies and their babies. This coming year, in addition to school, I will be working on bringing a Vietnamese Leadership Camp called Len Duong Camp to Vancouver for the first time.
I don't exercise regularly, but I know I should...I do love to do outdoorsy/adventurous activities. I love hiking in Beautiful British Columbia. I've done Butzen Lake, the Chief, Garabaldi + Black Tusk and Juan de Fuca Trail. I enjoy white water rafting. I love to dance. I can't sing for the life of me, but that doesn't stop me from belting out a few lyrics from time to time.
I plan to do a little more travelling now that I've settled into a professional degree. I can count the number of places I've visited on a single hand and it is not enough to satisfy my adventurous soul: Hong Kong, Vietnam, Peru and the States (Seattle, Minnesota, Texas).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I have been a student my entire life, so the money situation isn't the greatest.
I also want to meet locals, so I can get the greatest tips and recommendations!
