Music.. I love Trevor Hall and Nahko and Medicine for the People. Those are probably my two favorite bands/artists... music is medicine. But I listen to alllll kinds of music. Just depends on what mood I’m in.

Movies.. hmm I love old funny movies. All the Jim Carrey movies, Ace Venture, Wayne’s World, Caddyshack, Supertroopers. Funny movies generally although I haven’t watched a movie or TV in at least a year or more probably so it’s been a while.

Books.. I loveeee all things astrology so I study that a lot as well as do astrology readings. I love The Power of Now and anything from Eckhart Tolle. I love listening to podcasts or just philosophers such as Alan Watts and love Terrance McKenna.

One amazing thing I’ve done... probably my favorite thing was going alone to Hawaii and living there for two years getting to know the locals, working at the markets there, being apart of the community. I loved it so much.. I’ll return there one day, but for now I must travel.

I am an astrologer so I could give you a short astrology reading. I also make macrame jewlery so could possibly share that or teach you how to weave/knit. Also practice yoga and have my personal training cert as well as my nutrition degree so I have a lot to share health wise as well. I use to be a health coach and now I like to kinda tie all my coaching styles together through the astrology readings.
