About Me
ABOUT ME
I'm an openminded person, loving to travel, enjoying the process of on the way, as well as the time staying at a place, along or with friends. Life is beautiful, so why not step out of the cozy home and hug the world, or, let the world hug you:)
I relocated to Amsterdam recently. As I'm sharing an apartment with a flatmate, I'm not able to host any guest. But I'm happy to hang out with CSers and explore the lovely city together. If you are sending CS request, I do hope you could share with me a reason of why you think I'm a trustworthy host as I may not reply to those copy/paste messages.
Enjoy the beautiful world and always travel safe!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
From 2018 on AMSTERDAM
I will not be able to host CSers at my place, but I'm happy to show you around the city if you are visiting.
2016-17 GERMANY
I plan to travel around Germany during my one year German Chancellor Fellowship program and hope to surf couches around the country as well. Once I settle down in Frankfurt towards the end of 2016, I'm also happy to host guests.
----
2015 - Back to the CS world - hosting FEMALE only due to space limitation.
As I've settled down a bit in Hong Kong, I'm happy to host guests (due to space limitation, only female guest) within my capability (depending on my schedule), and provide tips to all travelers based on my experience of exploring HK so far.
----
2014 - blank
As I rent a room in an apartment in Singapore, I was not capable of hosting guests and I was mostly staying at hostels/hotels on my short trips during the year.
-----
2013 - CS has made my past year's travel experiences more diverse and interesting, all the way from Europe to Africa. I enjoyed meeting new friends and getting to know local people's life through CS. Sometimes, I also enjoy the flexibility of staying at hostels and being by myself. So I'm kind of combining CS and staying at hostels and attending CS events so that I'm keeping the flexibility of my journey and enjoying/sharing the happiness meeting new friends on the way through CS.
------
2012 - I'm a new comer to CS:) but have enjoyed the CS experience so far! Currently mainly travelling around Europe on weekends or breaks during my master study. Some day when I have my own apartment back in China, would love to host people from all over the world:)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have enjoyed my CS experiences so far. I'm really grateful for those lovely CSers who have hosted me on my way and shared their stories and passion for life with me. I hope I can spread the love, passion and inspirations to the rest of the world that I'm visiting or stopping by.
It's a pity I haven't been able to host as much as I would love to due to my always-on-the-way status. But as long as I'm settled down, I would love to host as much as I can.
I would perceive CS as a system based on trust and faith. I mostly would trust people who would kindly provide their help or would turn to me for help. But to some extent, I would have more trust in CSers who have friends/references to base my trust on:)

Music, Movies, and Books
