ABOUT ME

I'm well-travelled,open-minded,friendly young at heart kind of person,very laid-back.I love meeting new people and learning new languages.
I love road trips,camping,baking and the beach!Am very fortunate to live on NZ's North Shore.
I enjoy cooking,trying new foods and living as healthy as possible. I have my own vegetable garden and am trying to live as organic as possible.
I love seafood!
I lived in Japan for over 10 years and may some day end up living in Australia.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to help people and show them around whenever possible and teach them about NZ.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have had a couple of couch surfers stay with me and they have all been fantastic!We have cooked many meals together and drunk much NZ wine.

I love how couch surfers come in and clean my house and cook for us - amazing and so helpful.

Interests

Yoga,gym,beach,travel,shopping,markets,cooking,reading,dancing,vineyards.I love bbq parties,drinking wine,lots of great wine in NZ.I often like to take a book down to the beach and read in the sun.I love going to the hot springs in NZ,reminds me of Japan,I travel to Sydney a few times a year,absolutely love that place and of course I love to make new friends and learn about how they grew up and their daily life.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music I love a huge mix of stuff from dubstep to rock,a bit of bachata,hip hop and pop music,house and merengue.

My fave book is Memoirs of a geisha and I love recipe books.

Fave movies would be Girl with the dragon tattoo,Endless Summer,Slumdog Millionaire,8 Mile,Gia,Lords of Dogtown,Point Break,Blow...plenty more!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Living in Tokyo was great!
I love Queenstown in NZ and can not get enough!
Hot springs in Rotorua
Island hopping in Okinawa.
